My carpet is old and stained. Can you restore it?

Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee that we can restore any carpet until we’ve seen it. We can say this, though: we’ve managed to restore carpets that other carpet restoration companies have given up on. If your carpet can be cleaned and restored, we can do it!

How much will my service cost?

 Pricing can vary depending on soiling, staining and carpet type. Due to the high demand of our work we aim to provide general quoting over the phone or text message. We trust our customers and with the right information from yourself we can quote most things and items like Upholstery we usual just ask for photos to give more accurate prices.

What is your general carpet cleaning process?

Our cleaning process is carried out according to AS/NZS 3733 standards. First, we pre-inspect all areas for stains and heavy soiling. Then, we pre-vacuum all areas. After the carpets are vacuumed, we’ll pre-spray them using a wool-safe shampoo, carefully treating stains and heavy traffic areas while scrubbing soiled areas. Next, we extract dirt and grime using hot water extraction and a neutraliser. This involves moving the furniture. Finally, we groom the carpets to realign the fibres and enable them to dry faster. The last step is to post-inspect carpets. Then all that’s left for you to do is enjoy your newly cleaned carpets!

What is your general upholstery cleaning process?

As with carpets, we start with an inspection and pre-spray. Once all areas have been sprayed and agitated, we’ll extract dirt and grime using hot water extraction and neutraliser. If you request it, we’ll then apply fabric protection. Finally, we groom the fabric and inspect our results.
